About Vet Nurse Nicole
Your Veterinary Nursing Education Partner
When looking for a career change Nicole stumbled on the world of veterinary nursing and hasn't looked back, throwing herself headfirst into learning.

Nicole has completed extra studies in emergency and critical care, surgery, training, leadership, behaviour and anything else that takes her fancy.

Nicole has worked in general, referral and emergency practices in Sydney and Canberra, acquiring lots of knowledge and skills in varying environments.

Nicole has particular interest in critical care, feline medicine and behaviour. She is very passionate about low stress handling and making every vet visit a positive one for pets, clients and staff alike.

Nicole is owned by a Boxer named Strudel, a deaf, three-legged Kelpie named Elf and 5 cats (Indie, Titan, Butter, Panda and Cheezel), all of whom she has acquired during her career. She maintains that she has rehomed many more foster kittens than she has kept!

In her spare time Nicole likes to read, potter in the garden and tend to her indoor plants (or try to stop the cats from eating them!).
